shower, a sitting room with a divan bed ( single) and
a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, cutlery, sundry kitchenware
and tableware and TV set.

ground floor, double bedroom, private bathroom with shower,
a sitting room with a divan bed (double ) and a kitchenette,
fridge, freezer, cutlery, sundry kitchenware and tableware
and TV set, fantastic panoramic view of the Orcia Valley.

first floor, double bedroom, twin bedded bedroom, private
bathroom with shower, a sitting room and a kitchenette,
fridge, freezer, cutlery, sundry kitchenware and tableware
and TV set.

Bella Vista Alto:
first floor, double room, private bathroom with shower,
a sitting room with a divan bed ( double) and a kitchenette,
fridge, freezer, cutlery, sundry kitchenware and tableware
and TV set, fantastic panoramic view of the Orcia Valley.

The flats are available for weekly or midweek stays (
for two days at least).
Services on request not included in the
price are:
a) Heating : € 25 per week
b) daily cleaning of the flat, €15.
c) extra change of bed and bathroom linen, €22.
